Right of Withdrawal Period

de, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties.

Return Conditions

- Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, with packaging ensuring their protection.

- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

- For hygiene reasons, unsealed items (e.g., worn jewelry, mouth accessories) cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided (address, phone). In case of an error preventing delivery, no refund can be issued.

⚠️ Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer (except for our error).

Refund

Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be processed within 14 days maximum, via the same payment method used during the order.

In accordance with Article L221-24 of the Consumer Code, the Seller may defer the refund until the goods are actually recovered or receipt of proof of shipment provided by the Customer (the date taken into account being the first of these facts).

In case of delay, legal interest may apply in accordance with Article L242-4 of the Consumer Code.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Personalized or custom-made products

- Products unsealed for hygiene reasons

- Products liable to deteriorate quickly

Legal Guarantees

Independent of the right of withdrawal, all our products benefit from:

- the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years for new goods / 1 year for second-hand goods)

- the legal guarantee against hidden defects
